    I noticed there was another little flurry of buying yesterday..this has been happening since November2010, not much, but pushing the price from 2.9 to 3.5 without causing a stir. If Albers hadn't ditched 6mil into that buying then we'd be well in the 4's.

    The Windermere story must be on a few radars now, speculative buying to increase from here imo.
