Just wondering people's opinions if this latest action can cripple the takeover? As much as I wasn't totally happy with 0.30 at least an offer firmly on the table forces the hand of other potential FMS suitors and at worst we take the 0.30 which is a premium to where the SP was sitting.
can the deal fall thru?
