thanks for the different perspective James I was being a little pessimistic, as I have always thought this one would be a 10 bagger one day,its just the big boys (GS etc)seem very 'lets do it' most definitive and upfront about something that they've ever been, Iam all for becoming a believer that there will be a counter offer after all it is nearly christmas who knows what santa might bring for FMS holders
