    Yes the sector's on the nose and that negative sentiment is unlikely to dissipate any time soon. Also RCR has been behaving particularly bearishly recently, apart from the fact it's been in a downtrend since 2013. Taken all together I feel that I'd be throwing away money by not shorting it as it looks a high probability bet for at least the medium term.
