Just because you manage or own a racehorse doesn't mean you have to have a bet on it. It matters not to me if the management of this company have shares in it or not.
Under the rules of "Corporate Governance" they are supposed to manage in an appropriate manner to increase shareholder value. If it is apparent they are not.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
