Amigos, nothing much to report, so time for some reflection. The posts by @Big Kevy and @RED328 probably summarise how most investors in GRL are feeling. Yesterday there were only $162 worth of GRL's shares traded on the ASX, and that low level of trades has become the norm for the last 6 months (see Hot Copper's charts copied below). We hold while wating for something definitive to be announced. IMO, at the IPO there was a sense that success would occur pretty quickly. However the reality is that discovery holes are not that easy. I may be wrong, but all of the junior explorers in NSW's Lachlan fold belt are similarly finding it hard to make the elusive discovery. Personally I believe that GRL has a great chance of making the discovery. so I have been slowly increasing my holding. Only time will tell whether that has been a bad strategy. The alternative is to chase some juniors that have already made their discovery hole eg Great Boulder, Carnaby, etc. I've got a little holding in them, but their market caps are currently about 15x that of GRL. So my main hope for a discovery by a gold junior remains GRL. In 2022 the team at GRL is re-openning its investigation into all of its holdings, with the hope that one of them will provide the discovery hole and suport the flagship Lewis Ponds. Personally I'd like to see a big RC drilling campaign at Lewis Ponds (once the soil geochem assays have been completed). Good luck all.
