Remember that the holders who acquired at 10c (30m) each received a 1 for 3 option with an ex price of only 5c at 31/12/11. Strange. 10c price with an option that can be exercised at 5c. Made fair money out of her but unfortunately lost a tad on the way down. Supreme Court Lawyers who dabble heavily on the market after being caught up in the Opes mess via PRR, GNI, Citadel etc does not equate to a tick on a box from me.
