Not many Palestinian leaders still alive, I wonder why. Those killed have hardly come from a terrorist background but were professionals, doctors, surgeons, lawyers etc. Even Arafat is an engineer. These people were attracted to the terrorist action because nothing came of other civil approaches to Israel. The period after WW2 can be discounted now because of all the duplicity then and since by the US western block. A return to the 1948 situation and put with the present is what will give a lasting solution. The winner may eventually be the water supplies or lack of in the region.
