The country is stuffed if we go on like we are. This explains the land tax clearly.
We need more land tax and we have a sustainable personal tax. We are letting the likes of BHP / Rio and the rest get away with murder. And you can bet that snivelling richest woman and a few others will be in there stamping their feet not to be taxed PROPERLY.
An overhaul of how we manage resources is well overdue.
