Can they atually do this?

Well it has been 16 days since the last announcement saying all that is required is for the 3rd part to finalise internal administrative requirements. If this was actually the case one could quite reasonably think that 16 days is suffice to get this done. So are they telling us the truth and are there issues with this 3rd party ( we know who this is) in agreeing to terms? Most likely by the looks of things.

Secondly we were also told that that there was an urgent meeting requested. Did this happen and if so why no update? Surely this meeting would be of material significance, wouldn't you think so?

Thirdly, a small scale feasibility study with timetable was completed and we were also told that we would be updated once the plan has been evaluated. Surely we should of also heard something by now.

So can management actually get this through? Not sure due to previous performances. How long have we been waiting for finance now??? They definitely are not the best at completing things on schedule or updating its shareholders. The longer this goes on without update, the more confidence shrinks and the possibility of not getting it done rises.
