can they execute

Now the report is out . The focus will be on lyc management to deliver us all a working Lamp on time on budget .
There are now no major hurdles in the way .
the rules are clearly laid out for Lynas and the Malaysian government .

So for me its all about can LYC deliver .
for me the answer is yes and at $1.75 its a buy and i will come Monday .

Having been a holder for a many years and a very close watcher of Lynas i do believe the herd got this announcement wrong , and whilst i have never backed myself against the herd, i will this time

It wasnt long ago this stock was sitting at $2.70
with 6 months to go before start up
now we are at $1.75 with 6 months to go with even more clarity .

I have also read the full 50 page report and to be honest it was what i was hoping for , so will be having a crack come monday .
It seems every year i end with more Lynas shares than i intend.
