Thanks for the posts and the mulling it promotes. I think everything but the secret squirrel stuff has come out on hc, so good on posters and good on hc.

If "last qtr '17" refers to the calendar year then the probability of yet another cr increases - last one was at 0.002 or 0.003 so the next one could be 0.001? Participating could be good if you are a. willing and have funds and b. ALT spikes like it did last time or eventually breaks the down trend it has been in for the last 10 years and comes good on a deal.

As so often is the case there is one guy who will decide our fate. So much depends on what mm does and his judgement. My checking and participation was based in some part on mm being genuine. Many in his position fail and take everyone with them but some succeed.
