First of all, let me point out
1) Economies of scale (you may wish to look this up)
2) Forward contracts (which oddly enough, is an integral part of the market as whole, which is, why we are all here in the first place)
As for the rest of the statement, I really don't have time or inclination to go through the holes, double-talk and self-contradictions.
You'r a great talker, but a lot short on delivery. Par for the course I'd say.
