You may have some legitimate questions and concerns, but it is a bit emotive to say you know her English is not perfect and alleged her failure to master a few English words. Perhaps she should be more careful using technical jargon. Too many interviews might have caused her to use short cuts in describing the same things over and over again. I do not know.
Maybe you know instinctively a Chong cannot possibly be fluent in English. How about a Fong? Maybe it is a Chong and a female that crossed the threshold?
How did you come to the conclusion that her english is not perfect.
I actually find your ability to put forward your queries and questions in English a bit less than succinct myself.
My investment in IMU is way down and IMUODs all written off, and IMU wiped out my gains elsewhere for the past 3 years FYI just in case you are wondering.
