That purchase was a massive over priced favour to the friends of the founders of adore. They gave their mates a huge pay day at the expense of the retail investors who have been duped into buying into this scam. What has occurred here should be investigated.
By the way that old take over bid, the offer is well and relinquished. The Hut group has now well and truely moved out of Aust beauty retail.
