Off topic, but just curious if you've looked at the tax implications of buying/selling like you did? Assuming a 30% marginal tax rate, and less than 12 months holding, your break-even buy back target would have been 7.0c, before factoring in brokerage. Of course, other losses can offset the gain, but just looking at the trade in isolation either means you are losing money (by paying tax) or had to buy back less shares than you originally held...
Anyway, back on topic, CXY broke through towards 10c only weeks ago, and was well in the teens for a while on it's way down from 20c+ highs around 12 months ago. So yes, I feel very confident that 8c will be broken. But then again, my investment time frame is years, and my targeted gains are well into the 1000%+ range ;-)
