Well, here's the answer. According to Etrade the company is not "current." ( In compliance with rule 15c-211) and has been moved to the expert market. Price quotes are prohibited for companies for which brokers don't have curent and thus reliable financial information. So in other words, they're essentially suspended from trading in the USA.
