My reading of this is that small shareholders are afforded a degree of protection from a hostile takeover (one we don't like) because the suitor has to show that their offer is a fair one. Usually, this is open to interpretation but in the case of TIG, with a large amount spent on feasibility, fully documented, anyone would have a hard time proving Amaam is of little value especially with current coal prices.
