If you learned to read (it's obvious that the only school you attended was the Two Up School) you would have noticed that my post stated ALL governments. The point that I was making was that all governments have been cowed by the PC lobby, many of whom had (have?) their hands in the money through, into leaving ATSIC to its own devices.
At least Howard has been trying to reverse some of those stupid policies inspite of all the howls of protest from the PC community, most of whom have a vested interest in the status quo.
