Oh. Just for what its worth, the data for bank of canada was dated the 13th to the 27th of september.
BUT at the end of the day it all really amounts to nothing. They were probably trading to make some money as we all should. This system is updated every 3 days and a good buddy of mine keeps me well informed of what is going on.
