Well, for starters, hundreds of thousands of Asians have migrated there..zillions of percent more than have gone the other way..they ALL have the right to vote after becoming a citizen.!!!!!!! Would you like me to tell you which populous Asian country where that doesn't apply? That said, your so called premise is full of holes in definition.
Who IS an Asian, today ?. It always seems to be a moveable definition, depending on what "argument" is being advanced at the time. You mention Africans..are they Asians today, to benefit your premise along? Theoretically at least, ANY US citizen can become POTUS, provided they've been to school for a bit. It's never too late..
