No way, NEVER. Its not becuase they dont like Asians, not at all that.
Its just that Asians have not figured in America's history. Its only Europeans (Brits and Germans, Dutch etc) and African blacks. Im sure Asians were around from maybe about a 150 years ago but they did not influence the course of America's history one bit (plus they were an insignificant minority in numbers).
So I guess it is a racial thing, but not in a negative way at all, just from a heritage point of view it would feel totally out of place for most Americans.
