Why wait for the backward Australian government to change legislation in Oz, when they can bypass the restrictive local laws, establish their operations OS and deal directly with international companies and clients, which will ultimately give them exposure to much bigger markets in countries with more progressive laws on MC, enabling them to get a head-start on the local based companies.
