What a brilliant day! I said earlier Donald Trumps only come along once in a life time. The grim reaper has only just begun. S&P should get decimated, only down 6% over night but thats just the beginning. Gold miners will get dragged into this for sure, but hold tight as there will be an unprecedented flight of capital back into the miners when the initial panic abates. Interesting to see where gold settles, but l think it will consolidate around $2900 - $3000 for a while before moving higher. This consolidation is a very healthy signal for establishing a new resilient base from which to grow later in the year. Not sure how VAU will respond as it fell back even before all the bad news. Not too worried though because shit never sticks on a golden swan. No matter how you look at VAU, it is the jewel in the crown among Australian gold miners. Years end, just 25% of hedges remain and cash flow going exponential. Whats not to like in a world of uncertainty and distrust. Maybe a tree shake going down right now. Sit tight, dont panic.
