Sending 190,000 troops plus hundreds of tanks and artillery, with bombardment from the air is NOT a "special military operaton" by anyone's definition...it's a large-scale military invasion.

Another of Putin's lies was that Ukrainian civilian infrastructure would not and was not being targeted.
