320m is the distance between the lines of drilling. That is one such drill line in the video.
80m is the spacing of individual holes on the drill line. Those piles of dirt in the video are the sample piles from aircore drilling. Each pile represents one metre drilled. You will see that most of the aircore holes are relatively shallow with the exception of a few which go deeper than 100m where the ground is softer.
The green plastic bags are RC samples. Again, each bag represents one metre drilled. The RC holes are capable of going deeper and also provide a larger, more useful sample. RC can go beyond 250m depth if required, however beyond that depth it generally starts to become more efficacious and cost effective to use diamond core drilling.
