    he’s like that in most interviews and speeches and always speaks with assurance. That certainty creates an aura of authority and ge uses statistics of otter references (sometimes) to reinforce that. But much of what he says is simply spoken with certainty not evidence

    He is prepared to challenge -and intensely and it is hard to argue with someone who is smart, articulate and assured.

    but I find his certainty about women fascinating given he’s a man and has no idea at all of what it is to be a woman. So his views are based on a combination of his belief systems and generalisations based on the bell shaped curve (statistics) The difficulty is that doesn’t allow for variation and since it’s based on historic data it may not reflect current views. He of course would insist that any different views are ill informed, biased or leftist.

    notwithstanding that some of his views aren’t particularly clever - some are common sense or common knowledge and some really basic psychology.
