My punt is a new 6 month high by this time next week.

Steady small buys been chipping away for a month or so.

Tight top 20 shareholders holding majority of the stock (cant remember the exact figure of the top of my head).

People desperate to get out have had there chances of late and the steady small buying has been filling that.

Update due on any financing by end of month. Sooner or later they will actually meet one of these deadlines and pull a rabbit out of the hat in my opinion.

Palmers too greedy to just let this slide,if its takes extra tonnage etc to convince the chinese, then i think he'll do what ever it takes in the end.

Just my lazy opinion, not a ramp
