I'd rather see the 3% (or whatever) each given a cheque for $72000 (or whatever the $38 Billion divided is) and ALL the scum sucking administrators can go and kick rocks. At least that way the tax dollars would make it back into the system. The elites sucking off this gravy train thought they'd had it made. Let em live however they want to, LEAVE them to it, bit condescending to assume they're all too stupid (though like the general population some surely are) bit like the Dems of America assuming the African Americans are too stupid to get themselves ID.
