I think you are referring to the workover of StateGC#2.

This was from the announcement....

"The rig is expected to arrive Friday March 5th. Four zones are planned to be perforated accessing approximately 110 feet of log derived net pay. Each of the four zones will be fracture stimulated and tested sequentially."

So after the rig arrives then it has to be set up. Four zones then fractured and flow tested. This all takes time.
