I totally agree mate. However, it is always better for the rise to happen on announcement of achievement rather than in anticipation of what might be.
When the sp starts to run on anticipation, then either some of the anticipated success starts to be factored in the sp, or the stock is dumped quickly when things don't meet expecations. Take a look at VIL and BCC for good examples of where holders got carried away with expectations and the sp factored in the 'best case scenario' results.
Better to have the rise when good news is confirmed rather than on rumour or high expectation.
