Do you think almost certain rate cut just about to happen in the US will have a very positive impact on the DOW which in turn will boost our ASX. This might lead to less risk aversion and increased confidence which could lead to even more buying in CVI - may negate the possible selldown after the options date? Should be a big week in the US - can tell already with the US$ giving up so much ground against other currencies as the rate cut is all but factored in. The DOW will very much welcome the cut.
