Dont think people give a crap about SDL and how great a resource they have.

The thing that annoys me the most is the insider sh1t and how SDL makes a nice little run up from its already high price and suddenly we get a 2 for one deal instead of a 2.5 for 1 deal.

There is nothing in this deal that benefits GBG and yet we are the ones paying a premium.

Corrupt deal with a capital C.

Leaves a lot of medium term uncertainty that GBG SH could have done without.

On first impressions, not a favourable deal for GBG.

Great for Jones and Talbot [and other SDL SH] though! And lets face it, thats why the deal why constructed.
