    A half baked announcement without signed agreements released just to "keep the SHrs happy" would be a disaster.

    The only release that will be accepted by the market will be a farm in announcement

    Legally binding agreements were due 30.09.2009

    This has turned into a circus

    Management will only save face with a solid tangible update
