There is no indication that the big instos are picking up additional holdings over the past few weeks, however, if some are selling it gives some another opportunity to enter into EUR at a more reasonable cost.
Don't forget cash is at the premium these days and many retail holders may be in need to liquidate their holdings, even if they do not want to.
