Not downramping mate, purely making a statement which is true. Continually certain characters make these bold 'predictions' on the sp and continually they are wrong. As I stated, I hold RSL and hope they get back up to levels 3c+, however I am also realistic that this may yet take some time. Not sure how you consider that to be downramping?
