It is likely you will be able to trade on an overseas exchange late this year. The litigation is complex both as to liability and damages so it takes a long time to have it ready to go and the courts have lots of matters to deal with. There is also a suggestion that one party is deliberately trying to delay any hearing. This happens but can't go on forever. I have no specific information but my guess is the matter will be heard early next year if not settled before (which now appears unlikely). It is frustrating by my tip is it will be worth the wait.
