Thru the cos history we have had
- Sovereign risk keeping the price down - no longer a major problem as it has been gradually diminished
- then we had MEPS come and go
- we then divested Peru U play going all in on Puntland
- then we have had delay after delay trying to get a deal done for a JV/Farmin
- dilution along the way

maybe now finally it is on track.
