Our summary of the meeting is on the way. Suffice to say that Martin Jones was fair and let us have our say and allowed us to develop and propose a foreshadowed motion to convene again within 60 days to consider new resolutions based on some principles that we delevoped on the run. Cuzo is obtaining an accurate record of that motion. Martin allowed the three of us to debate openly and we propsed the final motion both prior to and after the failed vote on resolution 1. All in all I think FH will work with us to keep Cmr from liquidation.

Sorry to those at the meeting who were expecting an earlier finish and thanks to all those that stayed right to the end.
