Just to clarify, in my post I have not said key is taking over EGO. I have only raised a reverse takeover as an option for the new look KEY to survive in the Canning.
However, imo I do believe this option is looking a real possibility, and I have raised this a number of times on this thread since KEY acquired Gulliver, and CM came across to manage the assets.
With regards to both market caps, yep I fully agree with you that it would not be a viable proposition right now for such a transaction to be successful.
However, in 3-6 months time, things may be quite different especially with what is going on in the Canning.
I think Surandy70 has already explained the reverse takeover conditions.
