This is the typical property cycle.
During hard times government create incentives, lower interest rates to create jobs and stimulate the construction industry.
This causes house and land prices to rise.
Then it starts to become very speculative at the end of cycle and there is a massive crash.
Expect a huge crash in 2026 based on real estate cycles.
