    I wasn't so much talking about that, just the general cost of living going up, the nice idea to be an investor with a 95% LVR a few years ago might start coming home to roost as feeding yourself takes precedence.
    If something spooks the market it will be a lightning quick reaction to a situation where negative equity will take decades to repay.

    I don't know, there's just something about the whole "keep property up" that gives me the hebe jebe's! The only way out of this without a massive crash is stagnation for multiple decades, not a major issue for positively geared property, but a slap in the face for those just afloat or under the water line.
