I don't think that any measures to stop inflation or the housing market can work in the next 10 years, what i think is going to happen is the greens and Labor will win the next election the greens could outrank Labor or even force them to bend to more left ways.
I'm predicting a recession will hit shortly after, as the housing market gets dumped by the rich not wanting to pay higher taxes.
As the housing market and share market crash you will have the perfect solution to inflation.
pity the process of correction is so destructive. Does anybody think the RBA will put interest rates up again?
what choice do they have. None really, i don't see prices coming down, only going up more.
