I did my best to continue the previous conversation, but really it made no sense to me. Can't understand the need to lecture others on a foreign scheme, which is not the centre of the conversation.
If I remember well, it was the same person who had his fact wrong on Australia, saying (or quoting someone else) that home ownership in Australia is under 50 %, while the last figure I saw about it was 66 % (source : ABS, 17/7/2019).
