A ponzi scheme make a few wealthy the rest poor so what is Sydney's property market doing?
Its a ponzi scheme the more you lure in, the higher it goes for some.

Basically it is a government controlled pump and dump scheme, which is illegal if the average person does it but when it is sanctioned by politicians who also own lots of property it is accepted !
