You can fiddle at the margins with this and with that but the solution lies in the replacement of the current model, which allows housing to be viewed as an asset.

Again I would like to direct the attention of those interest in solving the housing crisis to an example of a different model, the Singaporean model, where housing is viewed as a social asset..

Singapore needs to be extra careful on the housing since there are 69 persons per m2.

Ik that high land tax and limited ownership time applied in Sing for some type of housing.

Mean while there is 69km2 per Aussie. Koala. Land is not an issue with us but housing is.

So not necessarily to apply that model, we can learn from them and design our own shirt.
