there is no holdco code as yet I think people need to understand that computer share who has the legal right for sea here in Australia has not been given any information on hold co as yet. snde has always been trading now for the Australian shares to be sent off to snde computer shares has issue the shares to the stock which they have not done yet from my understand.
regardless of if they have or not all clients from retail to institutions would get info from computer shares on how much and how to register there shares for snde or holdco whatever entity the asx shares move off too. from there the client must give this to there broker who can trade a nasdaq stock they will need to give this information to there custodian and you shares have to be transferred to them.
so this is not a instant process there is work to be done from the client.
