At the same market cap the sp is half what it was before.And that's pretty much what the raised capital is for, it will just carry them through (hopefully) to when revenue starts flowing again.
By the time the business is running again and back to square one, the cash is gone. If it was a CR to grow the business that would be a different story and you'd be 100% correct.
All I'm saying is that expecting the SP to return to the pre covid levels even if the business is back to normal is unrealistic as the cash burn between now and then will erode the current cash value and the SOI will still be double.
