Yep, the fact that this isn't being shouted from the hilltops absolutely blows my mind.

Takeover prevention, intellectual property protection, stifling the SP to enable an easy equity raise, bumbling management - it has all been thrown around and could well be an amalgam of all but the penny has to drop soon. 

For a bit of trivia, 4 years ago an executive of a major Australian mining company told me that this project would never be funded, and 6 months ago I was starting to agree with him. Let's hope the SMS/KfW relationship proves to be the one defining factor that naysayers neglected to consider. 

2019 is going to be an interesting year.
