I am with the Chief. Management are acutely aware of the supply/demand factors influencing the shares and have therefore held back positive news flow until all the cash is safely in the bank. Now that D-Day has passed, we should fully expect news flow in short order. Perhaps as soon as we get Easter out of the way.
The irony is that MCO will be resurrected just after Easter!
